We’ve used Marc and Aqau for two jobs on our home now. The en-suite in the master bedroom in 2020 and the conversion of a box room into a bathroom in 2021. What first struck me about Marc (aside from the fact he’s always smiling) is his attention to detail! He obviously has a passion for what he does, and it really comes across in the design and implementation of his work. He always ensures that pipework is either hidden or presented in a minimal, tasteful way. He pays great attention to ensuring symmetry of fittings and he’ll offer the right balance of helping you achieve what you want whilst ensuring that what you want is practical and long lasting. Never feel that you can’t ask Mark silly questions, he’s always happy to offer advise from his wealth of experience and is a genuinely personable and friendly guy. Aqua carry out my heating maintenance each year and do a great job quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Recently they also came out at the weekend, with no notice and in appalling weather, to investigate and fix a leak on the heating system and ensure I had heat and hot water.
