Marc was so helpful from the start and even when he came to see me about replacing my very old boiler, he gave me some advice and solved some other little problems whilst he was there! Everything was explained fully and he organised everything so easily. The installation is neat and tidy and done with a lot of care. I am looking to have more work done on the bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to use Marc and Aqua again.

We’ve used Marc and Aqau for two jobs on our home now. The en-suite in the master bedroom in 2020 and the conversion of a box room into a bathroom in 2021. What first struck me about Marc (aside from the fact he’s always smiling) is his attention to detail! He obviously has a passion for what he does, and it really comes across in the design and implementation of his work. He always ensures that pipework is either hidden or presented in a minimal, tasteful way. He pays great attention to ensuring symmetry of fittings and he’ll offer the right balance of helping you achieve what you want whilst ensuring that what you want is practical and long lasting. Never feel that you can’t ask Mark silly questions, he’s always happy to offer advise from his wealth of experience and is a genuinely personable and friendly guy. I’ve never had any cause to regret using Marc and Maria and I would and have happily recommended them to others. Great work Aqua. Thank you!

Marc did a fantastic job on our loft bathroom, and new boiler installation. His work is spot on, the end result is superb. His attention to detail is what sets him apart. His knowledge and advise is generously given, it was a pleasure having him around.

Aqua carry out my heating maintenance each year and do a great job quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Recently they also came out at the weekend, with no notice and in appalling weather, to investigate and fix a leak on the heating system and ensure I had heat and hot water. Brownie points galore for that!

Marc has helped us with a number of projects over the last 12 years including two bathroom refits and the installation of a replacement boiler and heating system. He has also responded quickly whenever we have had plumbing issues that needed attention. His work is always of a high standard. He is reliable, friendly and has a positive ‘can do’ approach – nothing is a problem! We are delighted with the en suite bathroom he has just replaced for us. He has transformed a small room that I had come to detest into a haven I love using. He project managed the job, arranging for similarly professional tradespeople to carry out the necessary tiling, plastering and electrical work in sequence with the plumbing and installation work that Marc carried out. I would recommend Marc without hesitation.
